Y2k black asymmetrical shoulder/hem club dress, with a light blue lining that shows on the skirt and neckline. Ruching on the left strap with string ties. Slit on the left side of the skirt. Fabric has a decent amount of stretch - great for curves! Vintage Express tag, marked size 8/10. Good condition - no visible flaws.
