80s Ruched and Ruffled Floral Dress

Black short puff sleeve dress, with pink and blue florals all over. Black buttons down the center, with flattering ruching at the waist. Has a 2 tiererd ruffled skirt. Includes shoulder pads, which can be removed. Vintage Caroline Wells tag.
